  : The room was spacious.
  : Upon checking in by the assist. general manager, she did not provide us information for breakfast, our room location and facilities.During breakfast period we was instructed we needed breakfast coupons from the front desk. When asking the front desk staff, Carmen, we was met with uncorporative behaviour. Carmen was extremely rude and constantly on her cell phone. Waited 15mins for her to end personal call before assisting my query.The General Manager got involved and we was told the breakfast coupon we paid for was for ONE occupant per room (even though we declared the number of people upon booking). Again none of this was mentioned upon checking in. The General Manager did not provide support and wanted me to contact booking.com. i still have not had my money for the pre-breakfast returned.The room was not cleaned at all. I had to request clean towels and toilet paper everday throughout my stay.Here is the kicker, there is lack of communication within their own staff. In the early hours of the morning (a few hours before checking out), housekeeping supervisor told me to get out of the room. They informed me i had not check in etc. matter was to be dealt with when the general manager will arrive in the morning. Went back to my room, decide to get ready (as i just want to get out of this nightmare/hostile hotel), was on the bathroom and the hotel staff walked in whilst i was naked. No knock, no greeting, no explanation. They have violated my privacy.Upon check out, the General Manager understood our issues and concerns, however the Assist General Manager decide to get rude and constantly butting in. We politely told her we addressing to her manager, since the route cause was when the Assist. General Manager check us in. Clearly there are existing management problems and lack of customer services.Have reported to corporate and booking.com.Booking.com and I emailed and called this hotel for 1 month so i can get a refund. Yes 1 MONTH.

  : The front desk clerk Carmen was the rudest worst example of customer service I've ever experienced in my life! I had arrived after an overnight flight with no sleep and picked up my 88 year old mother for probably one of our last times together. Carmen was angry on a personal phone shouting loudly as if no one was around. Carmen made it clear she did not want to help me. I booked with the third party app Booking.com like I normally do when I travel as I need to watch $ like most people nowadays. I understand it might take a little longer for the hotel to find this booking however I have never came upon a hotel employee who refused to do so. She started to shout at me! She wanted me to leave so she could get back to her personal phone call. She literally got in my face shouting at me. Do you do background checks on your employees? Someone should look into this female named Carmen who works at the Courtyard Marriott on Main Street, North Brunswick, NJ. Another employee came over to help as I started to have a panic attack and was crying. This other employee found my booking in less than 2 minutes. Apparently my name was spelled just a little differently. Carmen told this other employee to CANCEL MY RESERVATION! I had a full blown out panic attack something that I haven't had in decades! My 23 year old daughter was also with us and heard Carmen shouting out to everyone in the hotel lobby about how nasty I am when I went to get our baggage. This female Carmen should be investigated. I'm sure she makes many people extremely miserable!!!

  : Water pressure terrible. 1 bottle of water given for 3 days stay.... Overppriced.
