  : The location is good. Beds were comfortable
  : Bait and switch, they book you in the "villages" instead of the main hotel, which is a mile away. The water in the shower did not get hot, only luke warm.

  : The area is beautiful and the location is excellent.
  : The EV charging stations are both broken. I planned my trip to use them. Without them, my trip was thrown into chaos as there are NO fast EV chargers within 50 miles. The following morning at check-out, when I complained, I was told there is an EV charging station at the bank across the street. I checked it out and it's free, a far safer location and much closer to the entrance to the Inn than the one they claim as their own. I wish the concierge had told me about when I complained the night before. Additionally, we were surprised to find just one bar of soap and no shampoo/conditioner or other products in the room. There was no bottled water in the empty refrigerator. Lastly, I am a disabled Vet and the room door would not unlock with the key card. I went downstairs to the desk and was told that about 20 rooms have faulty locks that only work if you pull up on the handle which is counterintuitive. Why we weren't told that is beyond me but is reflective of the poor customer service this place delivers.

  : Front desk was awful to me for no reason. I have a service dog, we were staying in the dog friendly area and had vaccinations documents. First question- is that a real service dog? Honestly that wasnt what made the front desk bad. Surreal.

  : Its in a great location. The room had great windows that we could open to let in the fall air and light. The beds are comfortable.
  : The bathroom door didnt close properly. A minor inconvenience but something that would be nice to have fixed.
