  : Not a bad value for money, given Boston prices. Easy bus connections (20-30 min) to most places of interest. Direct bus to Harvard. 20 min walk to MFA and Gardner museums. Good breakfast selections, but not as good as at other Residence Inns. Friendly staff.
  : Breakfast was tooo busy - the staff could not take care of all guest. There was very limited sitting. They could not manage dishes, and ended up with paper plates and plastic utensils. The selections varied by the time you get to breakfast: if you get there early, it was good, but later there was almost nothing left, and they had hard time replenishing food. The buffet is organized inefficiently: if one is cooking waffles, they block the way to bread and juice. The coffee was outside the breakfast area, and was organized in a way that you need to get a cup, then go get coffee, then go back to where the cups were to get sugar and creamer, interfering with other people getting their cups. It will be much better or organize it sequentially.Laundry: you need to pay for a load of wash ($2.25) and for a drier ($2.00). They had 1 washer and 2 driers. One drier did not work. Laundry was always busy, difficult to find a time when machines were available.

  : All staff, no matter their job, were extremely friendly and caring. This is the 4th hotel I’ve stayed in on this trip and this staff was the best!
