  : The person I checked in was Great n friendly Morning person grouchy and couldn't of care less about me.
  : There was supposed to be breakfast between 6-9 by 7:30. There was nothing left. When I asked about it, I was told that they only have cereal and muffins. But again, there was nothing but coffee. She told me the restaurant was opened.Beds were very uncomfortable sinking into the middle, both of them. Water pressure was a slow trickle, but there was hot water at least.

  : The breakfast wasn't what was promised- no muffins or bars, just coffee and one cereal disposal. Shuttle times not properly advertised

  : They applied what we spent for the room to our parking fee and they did provide us the shuttle, but everything moved very slowly.
  : Very disorganized. Not free parking. We only booked this property for the “free parking and airport shuttle” that was listed on the site. We didn’t even plan to spend the night. I called ahead to let them know when we would need the shuttle and everything seemed smooth until we got there. Parking was not free and it took a LONG time to have the manager agree to applying what we already paid for the room we didn’t need to the parking fee and then we had to pay another $130+. The clerk recorded everything, even our return flight info and gave me the managers card and where to go for the pickup shuttle. When our delayed flight finally arrived, I called right away and requested our shuttle. When I called again 45 minutes later, exhausted and ready to go, they hadn’t done anything, only said they couldn’t find our information. After another 20+ minutes on the phone, they finally said they WOULD send the shuttle, but not before our children fell asleep on the sidewalk. My husband should have just taken the taxi back to the hotel and come to pick us up. It was very disappointing and frustrating. We will not trust the booking.com listing of free parking again.
