  : The bed was very uncomfortable and the bathroom was dirty. We had to clean it ourselves. Pillows need to be ditched for new ones, we had to go and buy new ones for us to sleep on.

  : The property was ok. It should be updated from the inside /out.
  : We arrived on a Sunday and wasnt told the office is closed on Sundays. I called the only number I had for 30 minutes trying to get keys to the unit. Finally we used the EMERGENCY only phone to reach someone. It was have been better if I was told this ahead of time or a note on the locked door. Also the WiFi wasnt good at all.

  : We did not like anything during this stay. We will never stay here again!
  : The photos on Booking.com showed 5 pictures of the unit on the canal. That is why we booked again at this location. When we arrived at 7:00 pm Monday, May 10, 2021, and picked up the keys in the lockbox, we were booked in 195. Not a canal view. I called the after-hours, and I received a return call from Beverly. She said the canal view was only for owners. I asked why they had so many pictures of that view if those units were not available. She said the pictures were of the entire place. 5 pictures were showing the canal view none showing the interior units. The pictures were very deceptive and leading you to think that is what you are booking. Tuesday morning, I went to the condo office, and Beverly said she said she would try to get us at least a couple of nights on the canal. She said she couldn't promise. I told her the toaster was rusty and disgustingshe said I can get you another toaster. I told her the hot water dispenser leaked water all over thekitchen floor, and I had to clean up themess. She said they are taking those out. I told her there was no glass top on the table on the deck. Shesaid I can get you a table. She had answers for everything. Too bad she didn't follow thruexcept for the new toaster. By Wednesday afternoon, I stopped by the office to find out about the glass top for the table. A different woman wasworking. I told her I couldn't sit outside and eat because there is no glass on the table. She called someone on the radio, and they said they don't have glass for the table. I stopped in the office Thursday morning. Beverly was working. I asked her about switching rooms to the canal view, and she said there was nothing available. I asked about a table with a top to eat outside and an umbrella for the deck. Shesaid I can get you a table. I said that's what you said Tuesday morning. The other woman in the office said maintenance knew about the table.
