  : Location decent breakfast hot shower. Good room layout.
  : Spa broken, pool area needs maintenance ( cleaning, lots of dirt & sand & cloudy water in pool ) night 2 there was a domestic dispute & assault in the room next to us at around 2;30 am. I went to find the worker at the main desk & I had to wake her up from the couch in the lobby. My wife to call the police for them. It was quite an ordeal. Didn't get much sleep that night. I feel beings I paid the bill through booking.com I should get refunded for the second night. Mini golf needs some maintenance. Bed a little firm but ok. Staff very friendly but a couple have trouble understanding or speaking English with the domestic incident it made that a little difficult

  : The location was great
  : The pool was out of order and empty. We chose this hotel primarily because it had an indoor pool. We used the laundry facilities and started the washer before we realized both clothes dryers were out of order. In addition, the water was turned off to the washer that we put our coins in. We had to turn the water on to the machine in order to use it.

  : I liked that it was close to the ocean.
  : I didn't like that it didn't mention that the hotel was under construction before choosing to stay there. We have stayed there many times before with no problems. I normally enjoy sitting out on the balcony during the early morning and late evening watching the sunrise and sunset. This time, the balcony was closed because of the construction. When I checked in, the front desk person said the room was ready and that they were finishing up the balcony. Went up to our room and saw the sign on the sliding door saying the balcony was closed. There was a special lock that couldn't be removed preventing from opening the door. Also, I didn't appreciate being woken up with banging noise from the construction workers at 7:40 a.m. I mentioned this to the front desk, and the worker said. " I didn't realize they would be working today,I understand the place needs remodeling and happy they're doing that. I just wish I had known this bedore giving me the choice if wanted to stay there or some place else.

  : Close to beach access
  : Couldn’t access the patio that was connected to our hotel room. Was told upon checking in the hotel was under construction and we couldn’t go out on the patio.Locks on the door wouldn’t work and we couldn’t shut/lock the door upon leaving the room. Had to tell the front desk. Batteries in the remote for the tv were dead. No towels at the pool. The sheets on the hid a bed were not cleaned. Once we unfolded it, we noticed pieces of old fried rice that was on the outer sheet.We actually checked out a day early a came home

  : Jamie was a delight and helpful. Had an amazing room, even with the active renovations. Love how hot the water gets. The layout is great, the pool smelled amazing. cannot wait to come back.
  : Shower head pressure. Absolutely one of the worst showers I have had in the last five years. The scrambled eggs for breakfast were overcooked, so dry.

  : A/c didn't work, jets in the spa tub didn't work, maid service didn't come to even though we put the sign out indicating "Please make up room," one key card didn't work and the other one barely worked, the patio area siding was completely stripped and under construction, the screen door to the patio was off the track, you can feel every spring in the old mattress, there were stains on the comforter and mattress protector, and the shower head was broken and leaking.
