  : I made the reservation two weeks or more in advance to stay with the rest of my family. We drove 2 1/2 hours just to be told they gave my room away. I was stunned because I called to confirm my reservation at 3:30 the same day and Jessica told me that it was confirmed. She told me they were going to place us in another hotel across town. I said that was not going to work because we specifically booked at hotel to stay with the family. She was at the desk and there was a man standing there that looked like maybe he was a supervisor that was glaring at us, making us kind of uncomfortable. They ended up getting us a room that was smaller at the hotel but we had to wait until 9:30 pm to get placed in that room. When we went upstairs to get into the room, the keys did not work for the room and we ended up walking down downstairs, not once but twice to get a new key because it would not open the room door. I thought this was not a good choice for hotel, and they were very rude.

  : Cleanliness- the main lobby smelled amazing! The room was spacious- the pull out couch was uncomfortable but it was better than the floor.
  : Paying $15 for parking unexpectedly.

  : I reserved a room for the college World Series and brought my son and brother for a bucket list trip. When we arrived , they said I didn’t have a reservation and was Zero help!!

  : The parking is limited for the size of the hotel and it seems crazy that it cost $15 per day when we ended up having to park on the side street both nights!
