  : Breakfast was waffles, cereal and coffee just what I expected. But when things ran out and they did! Finding someone to address the concern was a bit challenging. Staff that I encountered didn't speak English and often pointed to the Front Desk.
  : The price of the room was above average and didn't match the amenities that should have been offered. This was a Super 8 motel which changed to a Quality Inn. Slam a new name on it and some paint and no one would know! WRONG!!I am disappointed that Booking.com didn't check this out. I my or most likely not use BOOKING. Com again. What I am mostly upset about is the REAR DOOR that had NO Security Lock. Anyone could access the building through this door and truthfully, I believe it has happened. When I brought my concern to the front desk that morning, I (a Male) person on duty said he had no knowledge of this issue. On Monday 7/22/2024 at checkout I again voiced my concern to (a Female) about the lack of Security at the rear door. She replied we are trying to get someone here to fix it. I explained that we didn't feel comfortable staying here with that issue. She replied, " I'M so Sorry ". I also brought up the concern of people sleeping outside in the parking lot in their cars and on the ground. This was stated to both persons I spoke with, and neither was aware nor didn't address my concern. At the Front Desk they still had the Super 8 Motel certificate which bothered me and the wife. But the signage from the highway to the Motel all read SUPER 8. To say We were disappointedthe answer is YES. I do not recommend this place to anyone. I opinion.
