  : This property was absolutely awful. The room was disgusting, dead roaches on the floor, crumbs on the bed when we pulled back the comforter on the bed, dried food on top of the comforter, none of the lights worked except the bathroom light, and there was no toilet paper roll holder on the wall in the bathroom. The staff are only present on property and available for TWO HOURS PER DAY. Thats it. No staff available except for a security guard who can not assist with anything is available at ANY other time. When we checked in and discovered the absolute disgusting state of the room we went to the front desk during the two hour window and made a complaint. An employee came to the room with ONE clean comforter for us to change the bed ourselves and stated maintenance would look into the issue with the lights. I told the employee that this was beyond unacceptable and that I wanted a refund because I refused to stay at this property. The employee stated to contact booking.com to handle any issues and walked away. The employee did not offer to contact a person in position of management for a resolution, did not offer to move us to another room, and did not even apologize for the any of the issues we had experienced. The property refuses to refund our money because we allegedly did not tell anyone we were leaving when we told the employee very clearly we would not be staying at the property and wanted a refund immediately.

  : Nothing it was a terrible stay, roaches everywhere the room was dirty and my bed sheets was dirty and the rooms stunk as if nobody went and cleaned it.
  : Everything , the employees was rude as hell, again infested with roaches, the rooms was dirty my bed sheets was dirty never changed , I have picture and videos of all of this.

  : Our room key card did not work Monday night. No one was on site and the number to text was no help! I kept getting the response sorry we are trying to get ahold of someone. We had to pay for a night at another hold!!!!!

  : It was pretty dirty. There were cockroaches in the hotel.

  : Kids cant play how they want to and the parking lot or outside when everyone pays money to stay out here just because its not a house or anything else kids should not have to be locked down in they hotel room every day like they or and jail thats not right but everything else is very good out here and the peoples nice and look out for each others out here and some of the peoples that works out here is very nice and respectful as well some of them
