  : The breakfast is underwhelming, the sofa-bed isnt comfortable (felt like it needed a new mattress)

  : The property was pretty and clean
  : We got the suite so my daughter didn’t have to sleep in the same room with me because I snore. The living room section NEVER cooled off So she was freezing in the bedroom and I was sweating in the living room. Then when we arrived we were told that the water would be shut off at 10 am. We rented the room for my daughters graduation ceremony and shutting the water off then made it really inconvenient for us to get ready that morning. It just felt like a big expense for all the uncomfortable inconveniences. Also I realized after leaving that I forget 3 personal pillows. I called and left a message for the housekeeping staff and still have not received a call back. Plus I was never offered any aarp or aaa discount.

  : I booked a week before i arrived. I emailed them that I was traveling with 3 dogs to be honest and upfront. They emailed me about charging me for each pet. When I got to the property and checked in, I was given a piece of paper stating that the next morning the water was going to be shut off from 10 to 4 and that they would be coming in my room sometime that day to measure for window treatments. I was very frustrated that they didn’t let me know before when they knew these things were planned to at least let me decide weather or not I wanted to stay there with these things going on during my stay. I went and had a conversation with the manager and after telling her my frustration she told me i may be able to take a shower at another property. They should have emailed every customer and warned them about these things beforehand and they didn’t do that, they just handed a piece of paper out AFTER you checked in and charge you full price and extra for pets. This is not how you treat paying customers.

  : Location and breakfast. Friendliness of staff.
  : Room was not clean. Crumb on the couch. I paid over $200. Did not think it was worth it.

  : The location of the hotel was ideal for quick access to UCF. There were plenty of shops and restaurants nearby.
  : My room was on the first floor and the blackout curtains didn't shut fully allowing in light from the parking lot and noise from the parking lot was a minor factor.
