  : Ice machine on the second floor didn’t work, fine. There was one in the laundry facility. The first week I was there one of the elevators did not work. On the second day, I was there, the water was being shut off. All of those things Were workable and understandable. However, the fourth thing was that the pool was closed at 12 o’clock in the afternoon. It wasn’t going to be open until 3 o’clock. That is totally unacceptable. The chemicals should have been put in the pool much earlier so that the pool could open before 3 o’clock in the afternoon. I informed the general manager that I had paid $1700 for 10 days and not being able to use The pool was unacceptable. General manager did not respond in any way shape or form So I just walked away. I stayed at this hotel once before and was extremely happy. This time not so much.

  : The staff and location. Debbie was very helpful and polite.So was Anthony. Everyone is very nice. The location is beautiful. Very well kept. It's clean and very spacious. Love the cottages and the hotel rooms are just a great. Ocean view from every room.
  : I liked everything and I'm hopeful that management sends booking. Com the ok to get credit for the day that we were unable to come. We ended up booking an extra day and we paid for it but the day we could not check in due to an emergency, we got nothing back for it. I'm sure it isnt too late to get something back.

  : The hotel is close to the beach and the location is peaceful.
  : Our check in time was pass 4:00pm due to the room not being ready. The place was a bit outdated and the key for our room keep getting stuck in the door.

  : Second year here. My mom wound up getting a room and coming down with us. So between my mother and me we had three rooms. Rooms are large for hotel rooms. Bathrooms have a shower which is large. Location is amazing.
  : Parking is always a difficult situation. The wall sockets in the room need to be replaced.They are so worn out nothing will stay plugged in.It just falls out of the sockets.

  : The rooms are a little outdated, and the shower did not have great water pressure, but that didn't ruin our stay by any means!
