  : Hotel lists a restaurant/bar and we booked specifically for that only to find out they were closed for renovations. Were told when we called we could get a rollaway bed. Staff was rude and told us we couldn’t have the rollaway in the room we booked. They did finally move us to another room that we were allowed the rollaway but only after we showed proof we called in directly to the hotel to ask. The entire side of the hotel our room was on smelled of mildew!

  : The staff were very, very kind and I appreciated their hospitality. The facilities were also clean and our room was quite spacious.
  : We arrived right around check-in but our room wasn't ready yet. The lobby was full of people there for an event and also waiting for check-in. The staff were kind and courteous but didn't tell us what to expect. We were unsure if we were going to be informed when our room was ready. We finally just checked at the desk again.A hotel manager was at the desk and very kindly got us checked in and gave us free breakfast and a suite upgrade for our trouble. This was nice of him and appreciated.The facilities are undergoing renovation but look so old and tired. The elevator was alarmingly squeaky. The sofa in our room was worn and tired. The suite we were given faced the pool and that pool was ROWDY and loud until after 10PM. We had to get up early so... that wasn't exactly enjoyable to us. The hotel restaurant is under renovation which made breakfast incredibly slow and awkward. Breakfast is currently held in a barren conference room. It was severely under staffed so service was slow. The food was good but based on the ticket we received, we were expecting a buffet, not full-service. This is fine but... it took a lot longer than we were expecting so we were running late hitting the road.When we went back up to our room to grab our things to leave, the key didn't work. The staff quickly fixed this for us but it lead to having to walk back and forth through the building several times and made us leave even later.Given the price point, we would choose a different hotel in the future. I feel the price was overcharging for the amenities.

  : The breakfast was good, it was one of the main things I had problems with. When we paid the extra money on top of the room, it didn't even include the full breakfast. It wasn't explained to us and we ended up paying extra on top of the extra we already paid. The staff (one person) working the breakfast was very rude and didn't seem to want to be waiting on us or want us around at all. This completely contrasted the approach of the employees at the front desk when we checked in.

  : Loved the indoor/outdoor pool.
  : When booking this hotel, it said breakfast included, which is not completely accurate. They give you a voucher to use at their hotel restaurant per adult per night, and kids(up to either 16 or17) eat free off of the kids' menu. Which I understand wouldn't be a big deal, but when you have teenagers, the kids menu Isn't enough due to their small portions, so we ended up having to pay out of pocket at their "restaurant.". We have stayed at many hotels, and when they say breakfast included, it's usually buffet style in the eating area. So that was pretty disappointing.
