No special conditions apply for groups.

WiFi is available in all areas and charges are applicable.

Public parking is possible on site (reservation is not needed) and charges may be applicable.

Pets are not allowed.

Children of any age are allowed.
Children up to and including 17 years old stay for free when using an existing bed.
No cots are available.
No extra beds are available.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Fitness centre is closed from Thu 12 May 2022 until Sun 30 Apr 2023
Hot tub/jacuzzi is closed from Thu 12 May 2022 until Sat 31 Dec 2022
A damage deposit of USD 300 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
The mandatory resort fee includes access to:
- Wireless Internet
- Parking
- In-Room Coffee
- Business Services (computer, printer, fax, etc.)
- Activities Program
- Fitness Centre
- Concierge Services
- Local Phone Calls

Please note: Guest deposit for incidentals is fully refundable. Early departures are non-refundable. Guests need to contact the hotel during business hours to find out how to gain access to the property.

Please note: This property does not have daily housekeeping. To set up a towel and trash pick-up for your room, please stop by reception. Additional cleaning has an additional surcharge.

Please note: The property does not provide a 24-hour front desk. If you plan on arriving after hours, please contact the front desk during normal business hours to inform them prior to your arrival.

Please note: Trading Places will appear on your credit card statement.

Please note: Entry to Desert Breezes Resort is off of Fred Waring Drive. The gate on Washington street closes at 19:00 hours. All access to Desert Breezes is through the Fred Waring entrance please.

Please note: The resort has no accessible units for the disabled. The second-story units have several stairs leading to the front door and there are no elevators with access to the units. Guests must be able to walk stairs.
