  : The room was very clean. Check in was a bit of a hick up because no one is at the front desk. They've adopted the Arbnb contact less way to check in but I was un aware since this is a resort I expected to go to the front desk. There's no one on the property and that's where my problem is. We needed towels after day 1. Couldn't get any because no one was on the property. This was 3/5-3/7. My trash disposal had the entire sink backed up all weekend. I needed a plunger for the master bath because it was stopped up. Again Noone is on the property.

  : Cleanliness and upkeep of the property- they’ve not done a good job maintaining it, as it looks run down. Also there’s no real functioning laundry facilities despite proclaiming as much.

  : Clean room, well stocked kitchen supplies and towels. Comfortable king sized bed. Nice balcony.
  : The description on Booking.com is inaccurate... There isn't an oven. There isn't a hot tub on the balcony. Washing machine is shared and on a different floor. There isn't a fireplace as it is listed in the description. No fitted sheet or pillows for pullout bed in couch. The room smelled like fish. Not a beachfront property, you have to walk about 10 minutes. Water in shower doesn't stay hot long. Tv in bedroom wasn't hooked up but we figured it out. Pools were cold. Only one hot tub by the pool was heated. We didn't get to enjoy it because lots of people were always in it.

  : During reservation, I looked for a beachside hotel. However, it was a 7 minute walk to the beach.

  : Balcony door was broken never went out there was ignored for 3 hours after calling them to fix it someone could have been hurt this unit is old needs to be updated floor has soft spots for price not pleased
