  : 4Star, the property management company, is doing a disservice to the owner of this condo. The condo is very nice and in a great location. TV is way too small. Kitchen is very nice. Everything was relatively clean for PCB... Couch had sand and stains on it, but we didn't come to the beach to sit on the couch so that's OK. But all the pros are outweighed by the incompetence of the property manager. I'd rather pay more for a smaller place further from the beach than stay here and have to deal with 4 Star Condos.
  : Parking garage is a nightmare. Elevators always have a line (or arent working). The place could've been cleaner, but wasn't extremely dirty. The real problem is the property manager. 4 Star Condos is a joke. Truly hard to imagine how they are still in business. At first they charged me the wrong price, then charged me another $200 or so a few days later without telling me because they "forgot to charge commission". On top of that, my vehicle was towed from the parking garage the morning we were supposed to check out and 4Star "failed to see how that was their fault" and offered absolutely no help whatsoever. What a great way to treat guests, right? HA! I had to pay for a 20 minute ride down the road plus a few hundred dollars to get my car back, and was told by 4 Star that they'd call me back by the EOW (we checked out on Wednesday). Needless to say, they never called me back. After calling them multiple times today, I finally got a callback--they offered me $50 as long as I sign a form agreeing not to leave any negative reviews. What a joke. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!
