  : The rooms are very spacious. It's more of a family place, hence the rooms have 2 3 tier bunk beds. The room was clean. Our fridge, heat, a/c, and microwave worked just fine. We wish we had more time to stay. It was convenient for what we came to do, which was enjoy the beach. The pool was beautiful and the bball court was an added bonus. The front desk staff was awesome!!! They were super friendly and took care of us to the fullest. The young lady who checked us in was an angel.
  : I didn't like that there weren't enough towels or sheets for the beds and the housekeeping had an issue with giving you the toiletries that are supposed to come with the room. Housekeeping ladies on the 1st floor were rude, rude, rude. (They should take up a social skills class)(Thankfully we had some of our own) There weren't any swimming towels available by the pool, and the pool could use a good cleaning too. I hate they didn't serve breakfast but there are some great places to find on the strip, so we didn't starve.

  : I loved Tracy at the front desk. The cost for the number it sleeps is a value for a big family.
  : I don't like that the beds are old and u don't get many towels and wash clothes. It would be great to have a table and chairs to sit at instead of laying all the time. The room has plenty of space for it.

  : They charged additionally from the agreement on the app. When checking In They made me pay more on the resort fee than agreed to, no wash rags, no lamps.. the place smelled like disinfectant and the floors were dirty as well as the blankets on the bed..

  : It smelled like pot. Our room was never serviced from Thursday-Sunday. No towels or shampoo or conditioner was replenished. Had to go downstairs and do everything ourselves. That wasnt even the worst part. They kept hitting our account daily and couldnt tell us what the charges were even when we asked for an explanation.

  : Honestly, nothing. This was by far the worst hotel stay Ive ever had. Zero parking. Staff was rude. Room was filthy and weird.
  : None of the linens seemed clean and had stains and body hair. Cigarette ashes everywhere including inside the dresser, fridge didnt work, smelled very rancid, and was even unplugged. There was a strange communal room setup with two queens, and two massive bunk beds which were also filthy. Did I mention the floors were completely bare and the bathroom was a communal bathroom setup outfitted with 3 stalls, 3 sinks, and 3 walk-in showers.

  : We realize it was a building used after conversion from something else and that is not a bad thing, BUT there were sensors in the ceiling in bedroom AND in bathroom that were disturbing and curious. Could/SHOULD be looked into!
