  : Nice interior design.Excellent location.Keyless entry worked well.Friendly housekeeper who showed me the correct front door.
  : Disturbance throughout the night from the street and neighbours living in other parts of the building. Seeing the earplugs left on the bedside table should have been a warning sign for me!Puny shower, just a disappointing stream of drips.Endless messages before arriving at the property, eventually resolved thanks to a helpful human being on the chat line who basically advised me to ignore most of the messages and assured me that I had done all that was needed to pre-register.No coffeemaker filter paper.

  : Very Comfortable apart from the steps down to the bathroom and bedroom.
  : Not enough light. The fact that there were steps either, did not appear on the apartment description, or was not made clear enough.Some minor repairs need to be done.For example, two cabinet doors in the kitchen did not close properly.

  : Awesome location, great floor plan, spacious kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. Excellent coffee shop next door. Outside the neighborhood is buzzing day and night with various interesting noises all the time. St. Patrick’s church across the street.
  : The process of screening to secure the booking was unacceptable. Robot-like communication included repetitive emails and requirements. I thought I was getting scammed and actually researched canceling and finding a new rental. The rental itself feels like an Ikea showroom, with the very bare minimum in supplies. Lots of small issues due to the non-personal management. The bed is lopsided. Scary steep stairs with no night lights, we had to keep the bathroom light on all the time to not trip. Coffee maker but no coffee filters. The pull down shades are blackout, so during the day when open people can see inside as they walk by. Shower water was a drizzle; pressure was so bad it was like an RV. City water tastes awful; a Britta would have saved us having to buy gallons of filtered water to drink. A lot of simple adjustments could make it a stellar place to stay.
