  : The appearance was nice but we made the most out of our stsy.
  : There eas several things that was not comfortable to us. The beds that provided were very outdated and very very uncomfortable to us. TV in one room only had 1 channel that was working and that was 4. The bathroom showers were outdated but worked but needed cleaning a bit more. Sheets not cleaned and bed spread in the room with tube in it was not clean. The sleeper sofa was very outdated and needs to be replaced very uncomfortable to my family. I don't think that the money that was paid it wasn't worth it for the issue. We got locked out on top of that as well. We did enjoy our time there despite the minor issues that can be corrected by owner's.

  : Location was close to the main Parkway. However, was also right on a main street that CONSTANTLY had very loud personal vehicles from other out of town guests as well as locals that were speeding by all hours of the night.
  : The property was very misrepresented. Was told there was a pool...no pool. Only an empty pad where a pool used to be but now filled in and covered with gravel. Was advertised as having grills for out door cooking...the grills were so old and rusted they were actually falling off the stands. NOT USABLE!! Gazebo had so many wasp nests could not even use. Inside the unit, very VERY dirty and dated. Numerous lights burnt out..switches that didn't work...ceiling fans didn't work and switches were so worn couldn't even use them to turn on the fans. On initial arrival at the unit, tile floors in kitchen and bathrooms as well as carpet in living room and bedrooms was extremely dirty. Didn't even want my 2 year old walking around the floors without shoes!! Showers were very dirty and rust on the handles and drains. Kitchen - very minimal pots pans and dishes. Most were very dirty and looked like they were just wiped down and put in the cabinets. Spider webs everywhere and numerous dead bugs on the floor. Advertised as having cable AND satellite channels on the TV....nope! Only had very minimal cable channels and the remotes didn't even work so had to use the buttons on the tv. Called Management office to ask for assistance end express concerns when first checked in. Was told someone from Management would call to make sure our stay was enjoyable.....checked out today as scheduled and NEVER received a call or visit from anyone. The management representative I spoke with on the phone acted as if she could care less and I was bothering her wasting her time calling to complain. Will NEVER stay at any place this management company handles ever again! This was a family vacation with family coming from all over the South to enjoy a fun trip to Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge. Activities were fun but the very poorly managed and maintained Golf Vista Condo's was a horrible choice for the 12 members of our family to stay! HORRIBLE!!
