  : Friendly service: front desk was always quick to accommodate and with a smile. Breakfast: better than expected which on a daily included sausages, eggs, fresh waffles, bagels, cereal, yogurt, fruits, juices, milk, coffee and then a rotation of seasoned potatoes or biscuits w/ gravey every other day. I appreciated the basic room amenities such as the mini fridge, mini coffee machine (not very clean though), microwave, hair dryer, iron w/board (board cover was stained). Facility amenities that I was surprised to see were washer/dryer ($4 per), convenient vending machines (snacks, drinks, medicine, detergent, etc), small cozy pool (up to 5ft). I loved the fact this facility was no-smoking.
  : Overall, I was very happy with our stay, but I want to mention a few things that were not to my liking or something that can be improved on. All rooms' entrances are straight from the outside which I did not expect. Our room especially was awkward because it was right in front of the parking lot to the entrance to the Inn so it seemed like everyone was watching you go in and out of your room. There are 3 floors. There is an elevator. The room's TV was a bit small and outdated. One of the queen beds in our room was squeaky/springy. The room was a bit dingy and dusty that we had to do an extra wipe down. The room's AC was right next to one of the beds so whoever slept in that bed suffered the cold air being in their face. They had an adequate gym, but it was hard to enjoy a workout with a very noisy AC.

  : Carpets are real old, probably hard to maintain with so many people and lots of dirty shoes. But they were trying, carpets were being cleaned during stay in hallways

  : I liked the great service from the front desk and the housekeeping ladies. It was very clean. The parking wasn't full when we were there. The breakfast was okay, you know it's continental so they had the same thing every day.Great waffles. The hotel was by a lot of businesses which we didn't care about. It was very quiet and we didn't hear any noise from outside.
  : The swimming pool was very little. Breakfast was okay, but from the 3 nights we spent there, only one day they had biscuits and gravy, the other 2 were only eggs and sausages and waffles. The rooms are very small but good to fit 2 adults and 2 kids. The beds were too soft for me. The beaches were at least an hour away. Universal Studios is about an hour, too. Walt Disney is about 20 mins from the hotel.
