  : staff - specially Katherine from front desk makes everything difficult.Jane from Housekeeping is AMAZING.we booked 2 months in advance a room and when we checked in, room wasn´t available ) A king size bed. Manager offers the only option available I had to stay at the coach to my son could sleep more safe. Manager anyway offered us a complimentary breakfast (what was nice from his side) but three nights at coach is not a good thing.Rooms have housekeeping only veery two days (what is no longer acceptable once covid is over) and second day - that room supposed to be cleaned and beds set up, nothing happens.Had to call front desk to ask and Jane (housekeeping supervisor did a great job)

  : Front desk lady Serena might be her name was outstanding! She was polite, professional, and very nice after a very long day of traveling it was wonderful to be helped by someone so great at her job! The room was nice and quiet, clean and modern. Only hiccups was no ice machine on the 2nd floor by rm #248. I went to 1st floor, no ice machine, then went up to 3rd floor.
