: Had a great short stay! The location to the beach was a little far ( about a 15/20 minute walk). Otherwise lots of nice brunch restaurants and Publix is all walkable. Very clean place and comfy bed!

: Cozy for sure, perfect for two friends, family members or a couple. No one is loud and walking distance from beach.
: Did not have broom, dust pan, hangers, ice cube trays, or shelves. The bathroom could of had some shelves for toiletries, towels and other misc items. Had to purchase a broom, dust pan, hangers and ice cube tray. A second tv in the bedroom would have been amazing instead of staying in the living only to watch tv. otherwise, great place if you’re okay with buying the missing items I mentioned.

: The property is surrounded by several other rental properties right outside of really great neighborhoods. It was very quiet and people were respectful of space to an extent.
: The biggest problem was I surrounded by two neighbors, who after SEVERAL, requests to respect that I’m pregnant and have a small child, continued to smoke directly outside the apartment window. Walls don’t stop smoke and neither does being amicable. Put up a sign and have more responsive staff available. I’m asked to pay a security deposit and I can’t even have someone on the property come to assist me or request the tenants adhere to a policy they pay rent for. Had we stayed any longer I would have had to call the fire department. I have rights and I’m sure state laws apply to how much distance should be enforced. The balcony is not a personal spa or dwelling. Some sort of refund should be applied as I was inconvenienced every day and night. I’ve already shared photo of the proximity issue. Waiting for this company to do the right thing.

: Was not very clean, found quite a bit of long hairs in the bathroom. But it was not dirty. Still felt comfortable enough to stay. The property is starting to look a bit dilapidated. Needs some attention. Bed was too soft for me.
