Policies

WiFi is available in all areas and charges are applicable.

Public parking is possible on site (reservation is needed) and charges may be applicable.

Pets are not allowed.

Children of any age are allowed.
Children up to and including 11 years old stay for free when using an existing bed.
No cots are available.
No extra beds are available.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Due to Coronavirus (COVID-19), this property is taking steps to help protect the safety of guests and staff. Certain services and amenities may be reduced or unavailable as a result.
A damage deposit of USD 150 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
Guests under the age of 25 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

If expecting to arrive outside of reception opening hours, notify the property in advance.

Each package sent to the property for guests will incur a fee. Packages sent to the property will only be accepted within 3 days prior to arrival and must be picked up upon check-in. Unclaimed packages will be returned to sender. Contact property for details.

Please note that the front desk will close at 19:00 Sunday through Friday and 22:00 on Saturday.
