  : Rooms were smelly & needing repairs badly. There was a big gap at the door. The shower was dirty.

  : It was close to job site.
  : Booked on Booking.com and paid in advance. When guest arrived, they were told room wasnt paid for and had to pay again, even with confirmation and proof of payment. Desk clerk was no help, just wanted more money. I had to call Booking.com to find out what happened. Come to find out, it was a glitch on the hotels side. They had to refund the guest their money. I use Booking.com all the time. This hotel wasnt the greatest on trying to help find the problem, which was theirs.
