Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

A damage deposit of USD 100 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
Please note:

There is no penalty fee if cancelled 48 hours before arrival. If cancelled within 48 hours of arrival, there is 20 USD penalty fee that cannot be waived.

No-shows will be charged full amount of reservation fee.

The credit card holder name must match with the guest's name. The hotel will request a third party pre-authorization form to be showed upon arrival if the credit card holder name is different than the guest name.

The hotel will never charge the guest any fees in advance. The total payment will be settled on the day of arrival.
