  : The location was very convenient
  : There were no coffee facilities in room or coffee room on second floor. The shelf/step floor in front of toilet and shower were a safety hazard with no grab bar to assist in stepping up or down.

  : The hotel has a Victorian atmosphere and is a bit funky but so fun to stay at! We rented one of the suites facing the water, cozy old wooden terrace with a swing bench and a gorgeous view. Lots of space inside to relax, well-equipped kitchen, additional bedroom... it was so great we spent a lot of time just enjoying the space.
  : You need to be fit to bring suitcases up the stairs. It was not a problem for us though.

  : Location was right down on the main drag so location was ideal for walking to all the shops, and some of the restaurants. Clean, has a fridge and a small desk.
  : The 24 hours front desk open is false. Most of the time there was no one there, even when we were told to check in. We waited outside on the sidewalk. Also, parking is a challenge. No one serviced our room in three days i.e. cleaning, new towels etc. And the lock to the room didn't work. We weren't offered another room, and it took an hour to resolve the issue so we could get into our room. No elevator, and it was 56 long steps up to the second floor where our room was. We did not have an ocean view, and few rooms did.

  : There was no breakfast. We stayed in rm 2. There was only one comfortable chair and there was 2 of us there was definitely room for another chair. Was surprised there was no hair dryer. The bed was awesome.

  : We really loved staying in the downtown historic area of Port Townsend in this grand old hotel.
  : Unfortunately, for me, I became aware during my stay of a serious back condition which made the long stair climb painful
