  : There was a massive pipe burst and water leak. We had to vacate our rooms and end our trip early. The police were on site examining the incident. We have yet to receive our refund from the hotel and booking.com. Each one says it is the others problem. I am filing a complaint with Better Business Bureau about this issue. This is no way to treat to a valued customer that has given Booking.com so much business.

  : The location was great and room was nice and clean
  : I booked a king room in advance and paid for, however during check in they told me the room was not available and down graded me to a double queen. The staff did a very poor job. I also ordered breakfast with a free voucher because of the ordeal with the downgraded room and I never received my free breakfast. The front desk person never put my ticket in.

Disappointing

  : It was in a good location for what we were there for. The valet parking was a plus, and the staff was friendly.
  : It was very dirty and very expensive for the quality. I used my own disinfectant wipes to clean the visibly soiled areas. The shower was full of hair. The bathroom counter had crusty brown stuff on it. There was gunk on the bathroom handle. There was crusty food around the outlets of the kitchen table, I think someone shook a bottle of soda and opened it, and it sprayed the ceiling. There were chips in the night stand... the list goes on. I was expecting a clean room for the price I paid.

  : Great location, walking distance to all the local restaurants, bars, activities and shopping. Beautiful property with very helpful front desk management. Nice spacious room with big window and fun lobby with a bar and seating.
  : This hotel allows dogs and there were way too many people bringing their dogs. We heard a dog barking in the room above us for the majority of our stay, seeing as they left their dog in the room all day. We notified the front desk twice and she was very nice and called the room, however it never resolved the issue. Disappointed since this was not an inexpensive stay. Would choose a different hotel next time to avoid this issue.

  : Our light cover fell during the night and almost gave us a heart attack. Instead of offering a refund we got free breakfast instead…..
