  : I booked a two night stay, everything was great until we left for the day and one of our bags went missing. Someone most definitely went into our room. There were fresh towels (the room wasn’t cleaned which was fine).Frustrated and after a long hard sanity check, my brother and husband went and talked to the concierge. My brother Uber driver was with them at the time and I will admit, my brother got a little heated because the contents of his back pack valued to about $4000. The person working at the desk was obviously confused and didn’t know how to handle the situation. Once my brother left the hotel my husband apologize and came back up. A few minutes later my husband received a call to go back down to the front desk and the man asked for all of our information, so he gave it. The concierge then received a call from one of the other “residents” and tried to accuse of threatening arson which was not true what so ever. I am 5 month pregnant and have a 1.5 year old and we were so uncomfortable that we up and left in the middle of the night. I have yet to check and see if anything else is missing, but this has been the absolute worst costumer service experience ever. We were just looking for help locating our belonging that had been stolen. My brothers Uber driver (totally unbiased) was there for the whole interaction to back up our situation.
