  : Location is great, and the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was very spacious and nicely done.
  : They don't have much in the way of breakfast offerings, though there is a cafe 500 ft away. Also the street noise at night was loud enough that I used ear plugs (but I am noise sensitive )

  : Very nice location, room setup, and comfy bed.
  : I had to stand outside in the rain for 15 minutes before someone let me in the building. I wanted a cup of coffee and had to wait 10 minutes for a person to get to the desk. I usually get a printout at checkout but again there was no one at the desk. Staff was very friendly just absent.

  : In the two days I was there, my room was not clean. Not even doing my bed. Which I don’t mind but it is a hotel, not an airbnb.

  : The staff were wonderful, so helpful and accommodating. The coffee shop could be used as a lounge which was great too.

  : Jamie on reception was great, the location was good and loved the 24-hr coffee shop / bar. Any issues with the room were swiftly dealt with.
  : Arrived at my room to discover broken blind which was permanently down. Asked to switch rooms which was possible. However, upon checking out I was advised there was “a balance” payable on the room even though I had paid Booking.com in full the week prior. Harlow weren’t able to give me any extra information and charged me $200 USD. I then queried it with Harlow straight away and have had no response, hence I am following up with Booking.com directly as well. My friend who was also staying at Harlow had several personal effects stolen from her room while she was out. No safe in rooms.

  : Clean and stylish in a beautiful newly renovated historical building. Very comfortable bed and pillows, nice shower, secure front entry, clothing steamer and robes available in room. Coffee available for purchase in cafe downstairs.
  : No mini fridge, the view from the window was of a wall, and no secure/garage parking available. No free coffee or coffee maker in room.
