  : Hot water was not working upon arrival. Emailed Global Luxury Suites. Called no answer or even answering machine to leave a message. Luckily i was able to talk with the building manager and they were able to get in touch with the on call maintenance person and they came and fixed it. After i checked out i got an email from Global Luxury suites saying they were putting in a work order. I emailed back saying this is ridiculous i had already checked out and had I waited for them we would not have had hot water all weekend. Poor customer service, actually no customer service.

  : new building. good secure front door and near good delivery restaurants. quick elevator.
  : everything. location- loud crazy disruptive people outside yelling at all hours, near state service offices and park with many homeless or addicts that ask for money or follow you. cell phone stolen from hand. Disgusting smells in hallway like the most intense weed/ skunk smells and staff does nothing about it. parking unsafe and expensive. no tv from beds view. couch does not even face tv. furniture cheap and very uncomfortable and chair broken. total rip off.

  : I could not get into the front door with the QR code or the pin access. Had to wait for other residents to let us in. I rented an apt with two beds but only got one bed. Neither issue were addressed.

  : AC did not work. It took a while for them to send someone to fix it and even then we had to call again cause it wasn’t completely fixed.

  : The facility is awesome and the location is unbeatable.
  : I booked this stay because as I was doing it it asked what time I would arrive. I put 10am and the form on booking.com said it was available to check in at that time. I then immediately got the email from the host with the instructions. However, when i got there.. room wasn't ready. I had to wait until almost 4pm to get into the room. It cost me an entire day of my trip because i couldn't just leave my dog and luggage to go explore, I would not have even chosen to stay there had i known it would be 4pm check in. Also the walls are super thin, you can literally hear the neighbors talking through the walls. Lastly, the internet was sketchy as hell. My security for the internet detected two other devices in the apartment. Nothing visible like a smart device or anything, so it makes me wonder if the owner has hidden cameras. Not to mention that my firewall warned me that someone was trying to get into my computer. Oh, and no way to secure the door inside, so anyone who had a key could walk in while you are staying there. VERY SHADY,UPDATE September 13, 2021: Global Luxury Bookings, the management company that oversees this property reached out to me today and offered me $100 to remove my post. So apparently the only way they. compensate a horrible experience on their part is for you to be hush hush about it. I told them I would accept the cash, but the review would remain since it was accurate; however, I would add an update letting people know that they reached out and resolved the issue and it was appreciated. She informed me she would have to get back to me after she talked to her manager. WOW, what a horrible company to work for. They don't empower their employees to make $100 decisions on their own to fix the guest experience. YIKES. So even though they didn't compensate me (although I am still waiting to hear back from her so we will see), I posted an update anyway.

  : location was good. receiving and returning the keys was unclear, and not easy to figure out.
  : Lockbox key situation was a bit uncomfortable. Also not sure that the check in and out times were such a concern due to the use of lockbox on the door handle. Check out at 11 or a financial penalty was silly
