  : Property was nice and clean and in a convenient location. Mini fridge in the room. Convenient location close to other pools and bars. Short walking distance from the jet express, no golf cart rental needed (also offered by the hotel if you choose). Great communication. Half of the island lost power due to a storm and was updated on when it would likely be back on. We had a small leak in the window seal (only noticed rain water during the storm), front desk was informed, they offered to come clean the carpet and no charge taken from the security deposit. Air conditioner kept the room nice and cold. Towels and soap provided. Clean sheets and comfortable pillows. Guest names provided at check in and wrist bands put on to prevent others from entering the hotel after hours.
  : Tv in our room was on the smaller side. Didn’t bother us at all because we didn’t use it.

  : The Islander Counter Staff made an additional charge of $304 on top of the $307 that was paid through booking.com. I am waiting for a response from islander management to correct the over charge.
