  : I like being comfortable in bed with the heat that I can control! I enjoyed taking a shower. I was able to have access to the amenities in the room, and I love being on the first floor!
  : Having to turn on all the lights to put on makeup because you're near-sighted, so you don't want to sit on the bathroom cabinets because you can't see, and an up-to-date microwave.

  : I wasn’t aware of the renovations until I got there and the pool was closed which I was expecting to get in. Even though everything was very clean and was very comfortable it seems that I have bed bug bites

  : The property was going through renovations. The upgrades were nice. The rooms were clean.
  : The property was going through renovations and I had no idea otherwise I wouldn’t have booked it. They have containers taking up parking; they are advertisements. The parking is very limited and the area is kind of sketchy. I’ve lived in Raleigh before so the area wasn’t a big deal to me but to some I could see it being a bit much. The lady at the desk at check in was rude. She complained about having a bad day and the computer with her passwords was broken. If clients didn’t like it they could leave. The room 216 was missing a tv remote. We went to the front desk and was given a LG remote. It wouldn’t work for the Phillips tv. We called the front desk and she said she would be up but never came. When I got back from the concert I asked if she had a Phillips remote and she gave me a “universal remote”. I tired that and it didn’t work so I came back to the front desk. She then told she didn’t have any other remotes. I asked to be switched rooms or refunded to leave. She changed rooms for us after a debate about what to do about the tv in 216. The check out lady called me after I checked out to ask me where I put the remote for 216 before I changed rooms. I explained the situation above to her and she said the previous desk attendant stated I did something with the remote before she changed my rooms which made no sense! The air in both rooms was iffy; I woke up hot in the middle of the night. I had to shower in the morning because I was sweating so bad in my sleep. Since I had to shower that threw off my time to get out of the hotel. We were 5 minutes late checking out and the housekeeper was knocking on the door. I explained we were getting ready to leave; give me a few minutes. She said something I didn’t understand completely but I thought it sounded like she said she was going stay at the door until we left. I honestly didn’t reply and just continued to pack our things to vacate.

  : It would have been nice to know that the hotel was under construction before booking. A little bit pricey for that considering pool was not available.
