  : The bed was awesome. Condo was very comfortable. Amenities were very good.
  : The hot water seemed to take a long time to get to the bathroom since the heater is less than 10 feet away.

  : I only have few concern. The staff that I talked to when I was trying to confirm was not very pleasant and helpful. It gives me the feeling of reluctance, sure enough when we got there and it was already late after eight, getting to the place where we actually need to stay was very confusing. We got lost and driving around, theres a point where we have to get out of the car and look for our room number on foot. The lady did not give us a clear instructions that theres few properties in the area. We were looking at the wrong place, and theres no one to ask, the place was dark. I was already starting to have a panic attack because we cant find our room. I have to gather so much courage to knock on someones door asking for help to give is directions on where and how to find our room. It was such a relieve when we finally found place and get settled. Traveling from AZ and have the experience we went through should not happen to anyone..I don’t usually complain, but our experience was not very pleasant. However, when we got settled, it was nice and was a pleasant stay. I would still come back . Next time though I wish the staff who would help especially after hour will be present and will be with us going to find the property itself, because its very stressful looking for the place in the dark. Thank you very much.

  : We were there for a family visit (Ramona). It was comfortable for 4 adults and our 13 year old grandson. Loved that the pool was open til 10;00 pm. A little far from beaches. But every thing we needed. Was available in Ramona. Perfect for us. Front desk was wonderful.
  : More towel bars and a robe hook.
