  : We waited over an hour and had to call twice for the airport shuttle. We were told it was on its way when clearly it wasnt.

  : Location was perfect with a five min walk to the train and easy car access. The breakfast buffet was great every morning with perfectly cooked bacon. A bit more variety or more fresh fruit wouldve made it perfect.
  : The walls were very thin, so it was a bit noisy. We could hear the guest next door snoring, and the room above us had a heavy walker who was up at 4 every morning clomping around. The doors to other rooms were also noisy every time someone let them close. Also, the water pressure was pretty weak so taking a shower was a 30 minute endeavor!

  : The gym is clean and the laundry is installed, which may have been helpful during our stay.
  : To be honest, I don't think I will stay there again. There was no response to my request to clean my room, and after staying there for two weeks, I was quite annoyed by the unsanitary conditions. Also, the dishes from the previous guests were left in the dishwasher, which was very unpleasant. The water pressure in the shower was weak and the temperature of the water varied depending on the time of day, and the water was lukewarm late at night, making it very difficult to get in. In addition, the hair dryer was out of order, and one female front desk clerk was so unhelpful and cold that I didn't feel like discussing the issue with her.

  : It was clean, safe and convenient
  : Parking fee. I have never paid to park at a hotel. We are already paying high prices for our room so Im not sure why we are being charged to park in the lot. When I booked the hotel it didnt mention anything about parking fees. $15 is ridiculous.
