  : The location was good for our needs. I liked that there was a curtain between sofa bed and king bed.
  : The price for the room seemed very high. The breakfast was awful. My breakfast sandwich was hard as a rock. There was no soap in the shower- it had not been refilled.

  : The hotel was very clean and staff was helpful. The rooms are a good size and offer great amenities.
  : The pool was a little cold, could have been warmer. Our fold out couch didnt have a sheet or blankets and we had no extra pillows. I had to ask a few times to get some brought to the room.

  : Loved the size of the rooms and the full-size refrigerator. The staff was really friendly and the breakfast was also good.

  : Great location. Helpful staff mostly.
  : Stayed 10 nights. Sheets were never changed on the bed.While the room was prebooked and paid for on booking .com management insisted that I pay 720 dollars on arrival. When i raised the issue with the manager David he was very apologetic and said monies would be reimbursed. Only 660 has been reimbursed to date. Not very satisfactory to be honest.

  : Breakfast waffles were good, sandwich were hard and had been sitting there a long time, no silverware. Staff were mad that a waffle stuck to machine and someone had left it. She pick it up slammed it on the counter and said who did this!
  : Only decaf coffee in room. No bedding for pull out couch. They over booked so tried to give me two rooms while I had a child and myself. Staff appeared to be under the influence. In the morning I saw a full grown bed bug alive and crawling. Although a good location the Shriners I will never stay there again.

  : I guess I’m spoiled from staying at another much nicer Home2 Suite in OKC. Very plain room. I thought it would have a more complete kitchen, like a toaster or some burners. Nope. Clunky microwave with a bad door. I couldn’t get the internet to work even with help from the front desk. I thought it’d have a tub. I thought I saw a room with one on the internet. King bed with 3 pillows. There were more in the cupboard but they didn’t have pillowcases. EW! Non smoking but someone was smoking on our floor. We could smell it. Plus the price was high for the property. It might have been the weekend and the Cards playing in town. A very small pool. We will shop more carefully next time.

  : The lobby area was clean
  : The hotel floors smelled bad and was quite muggy. The staff seemed incompetent as they checked someone in under my name about 2 hours prior to my arrival and we walked into the room. I also had to ask several times on which card I wanted to charge for my stay and they still charged the wrong card.
