  : This was an expensive option but I was travelling with kids and wanted to be comfortable. The room was very nice and clean, my kids and I slept well. The bathroom was also good. There was a coffee/tea station in the lobby as well which was convenient. The breakfast staff and service was exceptional. We loved ordering from the menu and enjoyed very delicious options. The staff were also so kind and welcoming towards the kids, thank you!
  : My only gripe was the dour attitude of the check-in staff. Only one team member who took very long to check in people so had to wait for quite a while with kids. No welcome, no greetings. Simply said to look up the website for the hotel facilities. A little pleasantness and efficiency at the check in desk would go a long way in making this a better experience.
