  : We arrived after 4.30 pm, Danielle checked us in. I was traveling for business bringing my family with me. We checked into the room, discovering huge stain on the carpet, sofa and chipped desk corner, also sheets on the bed didn't look fresh. I went back downstairs to share pictures I took of all damages to show to Danielle, she said "send me pictures to my phone (she gave me number), I ll share it with managment, I don't know why they don't clean those rooms". We had to leave promptly because of evening arrangements. I came back around 9pm, asking if managment did anything about it - she said " oh I didn't think you wanted new room, it's too late now". I just walked away way too tired to engage with nonsense. Later that night we discovered there was no 2nd comforter or sheets for sofa bed, although we booked room for 2 sleeping arrangements. We called in, they only brought blanket saying they don't have comforters at this point. Next day after all day of working I arrived to hotel at 9.23 hoping for glass of wine at hotel bar which Danielle let me know day before that will be open til 10pm, also as their advertisement says. When I arrived bar is closed. I asked Danielle what's going on here, she said "if it's not busy bartender can close any time", she had attitude at this time, being rude, raising her voice at me. The bartender actually was standing next to her saying "I'm going to get in trouble because I closed early, Danielle said it's OK, and told me:"I have trouble with you since yesterday". It is shocking for me that someone working in hospitality has no basic skills or manners nevertheless presenting lack of hospitality. I just went to my room. Final morning I discover that was no hair dryer in my room, I called in, they never brought me one, waited an hour - finally had to leave because of check out. With wet hair I head back.

  : The heating/cooling unit, turned on by itself at 11pm. Could not be turned off with thermostat. Had to call front desk, who sent someone up to pull the cover of the unit off and turn off using master switch Room became warm and uncomfortable as mower had no AC, we had to open window, which only opened an inch. This let in the city noise and the smell of people smoking pot. So not much sleep. Hotel could not help as we booked through booking.com

  : Everything was clean, staff was welcoming and helpful. Breakfast wasn’t the most exciting, but everything tasted good and it was alright for the weekend. Quality (Dove) pump bottle toiletries in the bathroom were a plus.
  : The shower sprayed water out around the curtain and soaked the floor. The sink also pooled water on the counter if turned on low. Avoidable once we noticed them, but a little annoying.
