  : Someone opened the door at 00:45-00:50 in the midnight. Luckily, I had a side lock , he only open the door but cannot enter it . I went down to the front desk and told them I wanted to change rooms and someone opened my door, the front desk said he was the manager and he opened the door, that there was no one in the system and he'd go check it out. Then asked me for the room card and swiped it again. This does not have to sleep in the midnight to check whether there are people checking in, but also asked me to send an email to him, the staff check to know that the inside is unlocked at that time also do not make any noise to say something that the system does not have my name

  : I stayed on the second floor and the minute you got off the elevator there's an atrocious smell of urine ....it was nauseating
