  : Amanda was very accommodating! Wonderful and helpful. The hotel is in shambles. The place is filthy, broken down elevator, mold on ceilings, ceiling tiles removed exposing wires and such. Vomit on stairwell down door to huge stain. One of the chairs in the kitchenette had dried vomit or lasagna on it-disgusting! Pool was full of algae and green, only half full. Outdoors is all over grown and trashy looking.

  : They had a decent breakfast and their breakfast area was spacious and clean.
  : There were what looked like cigarette burn holes in the bedding, the bedding looked stained/yellowish, the carpet was stained and felt dirty and the room smelled weird.

  : The place was so dirty on the outside when we arrived, weeds as tall as my kids, pool green.Friends could not get another place and had to stay. Photos from them show mold in the hotel rooms & bathrooms.Stains on bedding, green half filled pool, reused key card holders (the last room that used it was crossed out and their room number wrote above it. The girl at the desk was stressed out and super rude. Was irate with me that I would not want to stay there, that she would call the cops on us. I let her know I was getting calls from other families we were meeting that were checking in that the place was horrible and they could not stay there and were all working to find another place to stay. I asked for the number to the hotel because I had been calling for hours with no answer I told her, however she would not provide it to me and said whatever the number from Google is and that she did not know the number there.I asked how she calls off work when needed and she noted she calls her managers cell direct and asked if I know my work phone number? "Yes I do" I replied and here response was "WELL that is great for you Karen", which is not my name.The young lady threw a paper and pen at me onto the counter and told me to write my phone number on it, I threw it back and let he know not to do things like this to me.She decided to not call the police but called her manager as I reminded her she was on camera, if the cameras were even working! She went into the back room, slammed the door repeatedly and shouted at me through the door that the manager was refunding me and canceling my stay. She never came out of the backroom and I left. HORRIBLE
