  : House was nicely decorated but for a family with toddler it had too much small decoration on tables. Rooms can do with less furniture. Not enough space with bench and chaiir, side table and dresser to put suitcase.

  : The low quality of every single thing in this unit for 3 weeks and $6k+ there's no value for the money. The location isn't even that great.The unit itself is gross and grimey we spent the first two days cleaning and sweeping doing their laundry of sheets and towels there was hair in the drains, on the floors under the beds, under the rugs. There were bugs everywhere inside when we arrived lizards too. Like we walked into the Jurassic park awful experience as always with VTrips/vacation rental pros and whatever other front companies they set up to change their name.Every bad or underwhelming experience we've ever had in St Augustine has come at the hands of this company. I didn't know it was this company when I initially booked the property otherwise I would have avoided them like the plague.The bikes in the back of the shed completely rusted not useable. The master bathroom shower tiny isn't even a small enough word to explain how small it is. There's no fan no air flow there. In the air vents that do work blow dust everywhere if you have allergies you're going to have a nightmare time here. Also the master bathroom shower ceiling is full of black mold. Ants coming through the kitchen window all over the counters.It's not really walkable to the beach, you can but you have to walk by the busy street and then it's still about three blocks up not terrible but not super convenient. You have to pay to drive your car or park on the beach. The internet is incredibly inconsistent the power throughout the house is not great power surges happen often. The TVs are nice but the internet is so inconsistent they're choppy and laggy it's hard to watch anything unless you're watching cable.All the furniture is low quality none of it's comfortable there's a couple chairs that are okay but all the beds the couch it's all junk.

  : The backyard and the location were great!
  : Upon arrival, we called and emailed about a few issues that were not addressed during our stay. The staff person we spoke to was helpful, but never sent anyone out. Also, upon arrival there was a voodoo doll under the bed and someone else's shorts in one of the bedrooms, plus the dishes in the dishwasher were dirty and the coffee cups had lipstick on them, in the cabinet. The backyard and the location were great.....overall, I would give the rental a fair rating.
