  : The hotel had a bad smell when you walk in with enter in the rooms the sheets was Brown the pillows was Brown it had a terrible terrible smell people running in and out looking like they doing drugs very not pleased we checked out did not stay

  : Was told to stay another night for free to account for horrible horrible stay didn't even get to use jacuzzi main reason for this room disgustingly gross filthy room dirty sheets had to get clean set pubic hair all over dirty bathroom and in tub food inside microwave used coffee filter in coffee pot and removed by police next day at one pm night guy failed to tell morning staff/owners he gave me another night free they refused to honor night guys deal without even calling staff to confirm story had police remove me I was furious embarrassed treated like dirt no respect for a women didn't believe a word i was saying even hair tons of pictures for proof I was treated like a nothing a nobody

  : They stole my money from me. I had been staying there for 3 days already and they accused me of smoking in room which I did not. So when I paid for the night and was told after I paid I needed to switch rooms. That maintenance needed in the room they gave me was supposed to be nonsmoking it was not. It smelled like 25 years worth of smoke, musty, and food. t was gross. I checked the bed like I always do and there were tons of bed bugs all in the cracks of the mattress. I asked for my deposit back I got it with a lot of back n forth. In the chaos I walked out without my room money. I called back about 10 min after I left realizing what I had done . They told me I had to pick it up next day. Not happy about that I waited til next day and went to get room $ and they gave me back half of the money for the room stating I checked out late which I most absolutely did not. I would not recommend this place at all and it should be shut down and demolished. DO NOT GO TO THIS HOTEL

  : That it was in a convenient location. And they did have smoking rooms.
  : The room nor the bathroom was not clean. The coffee maker had mold in it. This place is really outdated. We couldn't even sleep for the noise coming from the toilet when anyone else would flush theirs. The sheets and pillows were very stained and brown.

  : The man at the front desk was very rude for no reason. We got there at 11pm to check in and my boyfriend had a few drinks before we got there. The man at the front desk has his young child running around the lobby which is no big deal but at 11pm. My bf was in the game room they have and was cursing so we asked him to stop as there was a child out there. And the guy refused to let us get the rooms because my boyfriend said you could have warned me there was children afoot. Apparently he thought that was a bad thing for him to say and threw my debit card at me and told us to leave because of what my boyfriend said back to me. Would never recommend anyone to stay here. It also smelled like sewer in the lobby.
