  : Great location, very nice decor/furniture.
  : Was quite dark inside, claw-foot tub hard to get in and shower in. Next door is a hostel and when people are outside smoking and talking it sounds like are literally in the next room. Outside areas also needed some love. Kitchen not set up for guests who want to cook in terms of utensils.

  : The location was great.
  : The place was not ready until 6pm. We had massage appts that we were unable to shower before. This was an anniversary trip that was not off to a great start. Numerous issues with the smart home system. Standards in the bathroom were the equivalent to a 1 star property, broken towel rack, shower curtain rigged to fit the claw tub was cut and frayed, only cleaned the front half of the vanity mirror and there were items left over from some previous guests. Things like deodorant and diapers and flosser picks. In the shower itself, there was nowhere to place the shampoo or soap or razors. The first impression.was of an abandoned property with 2ft tall grass, broken tree limbs and a gate that wouldn't close. If this was my property, I would've been embarrassed to have guests there. Two days later I am STILL waiting for Evolve to contact us to offer any resolution. After numerous pre-stay emails assuring us we could rest easy with Evolve, the silence has been deafening.
