  : Our room was not cleaned the first day we were there. It was explained that because we checked in so late, the cleaning wasn't done. My kids and I went for the continental breakfast and were told that they had run out. That they were getting some more. I asked if it would be available when it got to them, and we were told that if it was after 9 a.m., they couldn't do anything about it. It was 8:30. So we didn't get our breakfast. I wanted to wash some clothes so I went to ask for some change for the machines. The employee was very offended because in the 4 months that he had been on the job, he had never given change for the machines. He asked me where I had seen that. I told him it was written on a paper in my room. And he said that was not supposed to be there. I went and got it to show him. I took pictures of it because my eyesight is a bit bad, and I wanted to show him exactly where I had seen the policy about the change for the laundry. He got even more offended. I asked him to please bring it ... his attitude down a bit ... he glared at me and said it was down all the way... as if to threaten me that he could have been worse. He said there was a store nearby so I could go get change, and aside from that, there was nothing he could do. So I got my laundry and went to wash ... it was 9 pm!!! In a strange neighborhood. This experience upset me so much that I got diarrhea!! That ruined my night. I was so tired the next day that we didn't go to the amusement park like we had planned. So .... no. This experience was awful. There were several stains on the walls. Some of the towels were also stained. I had to ask for new ones. Hated this experience. Stayed in the hotel only because I had already paid for the entire stay and didn't want to have to hunt down another hotel. I probably should have. Will not be using booking.com anymore!!!

  : Tubs and sinks were flooding because the drain wasn't clean. Towels were stained & full of hair. Floors were filthy. The room smelled like cigarettes.

  : It had flooring instead of dirty carpet, which is so important I was happy about the flooring. It seem clean the area was safe and calm. The curtains where amazing it had 2 layers of privacy you couldnt tell if it was daytime or night that was great could not see out or in when the curtains where down loved that!
  : Had roaches I killed 5 during my stay. No one change my sheets even though I requested, I didnt get toilet paper or enough towels, I had to go to the front desk to request some. Breakfast was not the best but worst of all I couldnt get a decent cup of coffee it was not what I expected. The night staff was careless, unprofessional but the day staff where attentive, professional and courteous! They did have security at this hotel.

  : Even though the room was small it had everything that I need: a spacious fridge, tv, hairdryer, iron, desk, bath, 2 queen beds. AC, coffee maker with coffe :) It was clean and modern. The beds were confortable. Opposite to the night concierge the morning concierges were super friendly, attentive and very nice and kind. The breakfast was bagels, toast, butter, jelly, orange juice, coffee, milk and apples. It was sufficient for us specially for the good price. I slept well that was not an inconvenience that is was close to the highway. We just stayed for the night after visiting Sea World.
  : When I arrived around 10 pm to check in the concierge for the the night shift Kalvin was very rude and unprofessional, he had a very bad attitude and that is why my stay was not exceptional.There was some homeless people in the area but the hotel has gates so they were not at the premise.Also it is located next to a highway but I do not mind.
