  : When we first arrived, the building looked worn down and not kept. We went inside to check in and this lady wearing a pink suit was being so rude. She was telling me to swipe my card and wouldn’t tell me why, when I asked, she wrote her eyes and said it was for “incidentals” without giving further explanation . I said “OK so is it going to be refunded?” And she said yeah minus all of the incidentals rolling her eyes at me yet again. We going to the room and put her things down and I put my baby to sleep. I look up at the headboards and see that there is this thick residue that looks like it had been dripping on the headboards and dried up. I went to go to the bathroom to wash my hands because I felt disgusting and I see that the toilet is splattered in fecal matter and the trash bin has not been emptied and the dish soap they give you for the little bar of soap is covered in buildup soap, scum, and hair. I let them know and they said they were gonna send somebody up to clean it. So housekeeping comes and they’re banging on the door after I informed them my child was asleep and not know not to wake him up and yell in Spanish “ what’s the problem? What’s the issue? What’s your problem?” so I explained to her everything and then she looks at the headboard and she said that there’s nothing there, but clearest that you can see it then she goes into the bathroom and says that we dirty the bathroom that her Jefa had already cleaned it so we were the ones that left it on nasty and she kept yelling at us saying it was our fault that the bathroom was dirty. I requested a manager and the manager came up being the same woman who was checking us in and giving us attitude.

  : Location I guess. Front desk girls really nice too
  : 1) our room was giving to us an hour+ late. 2) they charge a 10$ parking fee per day which it was not said at the time of booking Also I was charged a different rate from the one I was giving at the time of booking they said I was giving the wrong total 3) room had this bad smell. 4) breakfast was cold and not a lot of options, there was flies everywhere and food wasn’t covered properly 5) elevators kept breaking down later on only 1 was working so there was huge lines at the time of check out

  : I liked that it was clean, the rooms were a little small, pool has too much chlorine, the food was a little bland, the location was great. Overall my family enjoyed themselves and the price was decent for the location. I’ll give our stay a 7
