  : We were only provided two scrawny bath towels, one pool towel and one washcloth for two people for three days and zero hand towels for either bathroom. When I asked for more I was told they didn’t have them because the last guests stained them and that I could do laundry on my vacation in the washer and dryer in the closet. After an afternoon and a morning if going back-and-forth about what linens I needed and how many I stopped replying to their stupidity and we ended up buying our own towels, wash cloths and laundry detergent. Later the second day, a very nice, brand new employee who had no idea what we just experienced brought us one more scrawny bath towel and one more pool towel but zero washcloths and zero hand towels. I mean who expects two people to share one wash cloth for three days and to dry your hands on dirty bath towels! There were no extra pillowcases for the extra pillows we found. There were no extra sheets or blankets either. There was no dresser or shelves to put any clothing or personal items on in the bedroom just two cheap IKEA end tables. So in a luxury condo any clothing we needed put into drawers were kept in our suitcases or on the floor. There were no maps of the community so that we could walk around and find the various pools, gym and restaurants And I asked that they send them to me many times with no avail. A luxury spot should provide community information and not expect their guest to figure it out on their own.This absolutely was not a luxury condo/apartment. I would suggest staying somewhere else.
