  : Let's being.. for starters the original room I had when I was going to use my key 2 males came out the room scared me! I was like freaked out went to the office immediately and asked for another room since there were people already I'm the room they checked out to me !! Thank God my kid was In the car. I booked a NON SMOKING ROOM the room reeked of smoke I called and ask to see if maybe if they can put me in a different room . No they send a cleaning lady to spray the room . The room smelled so bad it lingered on our clothes and out belonging. I can smell it on my jackets. My backpack,my daughter's stuff, animals, it was horrible. !! I have asthma so I couldn't breathe and was coughing !! The blankets had burn holes in them, the pillow, stains on the wall, ceiling and the shower. The bed felt crumy and I had to shake the sheets off. The floor was sticky. The beds where touching the ac. There was very little space between 2 beds. There was only 1 pillow on each bed... that smelled lole cigarettes. I had to buy face mask to try to help filter the smell. ! The room that I booked said it came with a micowave.. there was NO MICOWAVE to use. There was no shower shampoo, conditioner or lotion. To use for the showers. The TV was fussy no clear channels. The office only gave 1 room key instead of 2. There was homeless people everywhere. The other people staying in the other rooms where loud. This was the worse hotel I have ever stayed in!!! It was disgusting!! The fact that the non smoking room flared my asthma and made my clothes stink !! I asked for a refund they said they couldn't do cancelation!! This is absolutely ridiculous.
