Children up to and including 2 years old stay for free when using an available cot.
Children up to and including 5 years old stay for free when using an existing bed.
Children up to and including 14 years old stay for US$15 per person per night when using an available extra bed.
Any type of extra bed or child's cot/crib is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
Supplements are not calculated automatically in the total costs and will have to be paid for separately during your stay.

A damage deposit of USD 140 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed on check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
For guests arriving to the hotel after midnight on the night of arrival, the latest the hotel will hold the room is 03:00 AM. Otherwise the reservation shall be canceled as a no show.

All reservations will be pre-charged first night upon making reservation. If your credit card declines, your reservation is subject to cancellation. Credit card used for reservation must be valid at time of booking

In accordance with city regulations, starting November 17, 2017, smoking will only be permitted off hotel property, including all guest rooms and the hotel parking lot.
