  : Overall great location if your trip to San Diego is centered around Balboa Park! A 10-minute drive to the park and there is a CVS right across the street from the building for any last-minute things needed Owners were quite helpful with the instructions on how to enter the building and were helpful when looking to purchase a parking pass Spacious room with a balcony, mini fridge, and microwave There was a bar/grill right around the corner of the building, which is also a huge plus!
  : Parking on the street was a bit sketchy but you are able to pay for a daily parking pass upon request (worth it in my opinion as there were a lot of homeless people surrounding the building as a result of being so close to the park) Planes constantly flew over the building but the owners did provide ear plugs in the room!

  : We were a bit nervous about parking on the street with so much pedestrian traffic late night.

  : 10/10 for Cleanliness and Staff. 8/10 for room with mini kitchen. Room could use a small table or desk with 2 small chairs, a small folding luggage rack, and blinds for the glass balcony door. Convenient location near Balboa Park and downtown.
  : 7/10 for overall experience and location, due to personal sensitivity to aircraft/street/freeway noise (needed earplugs/earbuds), and difficulty avoiding homeless people throughout the downtown area -- while parking a car or walking as a pedestrian.

  : The place located in a good area, near the park. The apartment is quiet,although the landing plains are frequently heard, outside of the apartment. The apartment has a frizzer, microwace, toaster, air conditioner everything you might need to feel comfortable. The bad is hard and great for a great night sleep. There is planty of parking around the area, but all of them are paid. Although, you can park alongside the park free of charge.
  : No elevator, climbing to 2nd floor with 4 suitcases is a small change.

  : Lovely little flat - very clean. Location very central but there were a lot of homeless people around which made me feel vulnerable as a female traveling solo with 2 kids.
  : The blind on the window and on the sliding door was broken which meant that I couldn't close the blinds at night and had the light streaming in. I told them about this and they failed to fix this.
