  : The air condition unit emitted a loud whine every 15 mins all day long. The hotel sent technicians to look into it who said they fixed it but it happened again shortly after they left the room. We asked for a room change but they did not allow it.

  : The pool area was kept clean And the staff was very nice and accommodating
  : It was very out dated and the elevators didnt work very well Im not sure was was going on but everyone was complaining about the elevators they took so long to come 15-20 min wait for the elevator. The rooms dont have normal bathroom doors they r sliding doors and the 2nd room we were moved to the bathroom door was stuck we couldnt close the bathroom door. The first room we had was not the room we picked we wanted a king with a sofa we ended up getting 2 queens because they didnt have anymore king rooms available? The 1st room also had a leaking AC so the whole side of the bed floor was soaked. They changed our room but that one had a stuck bathroom door so at that point we didnt wanna switch again so we just stayed. The rooms dont have mini fridges or microwaves u have to ask if u want one brought up. The ice machine on our floor was broken we had to go to another floor to get ice.

  : Staff friendliness and attention to details around the property were excellent.
  : It's location is a little odd to me. This is located in a business district, basically in a corporate office park. I realize things are expensive in Cali but charging $22 a night for outdoor, uncovered parking and no valet seemed off.
