  : We loved the spacious layout, and updated features. The balcony was a good size, and the kitchen was well-equipped. The bed was very comfortable, and the bathroom was ideal with a huge tub, two sinks, a walk-in closet with extra linens, and a full washer/dryer. I was worried about previous complaints of car towing, but we just made sure to only park in spots with no special signage and left the garage sensor/badge on the dashboard until the end of the trip. There were some occasional instances of late-night shouting or loud cars (as expected in a downtown area), but Kasa provided earplugs that were comfortable and worked great. Pro/Con - Seahorse Coffee just across the street doubles as a DJ/party venue called Quartyard at night - it’s a bit loud, but they had good music, and it doesn’t go too late (10pm-ish). Another pro/con - tons of doggies, a majority of the permanent tenants we ran into had a furry friend, there’s also a doggy daycare on a bottom corner of the building - it you have pet allergies be aware, but we loved meeting all these well-behaved babies.
  : There was an initial issue with the door code not functioning, however customer support was very quick to get a new code set-up within 5 minutes.

  : when my stay was over I had booked another Kasa apartment on a different floor, so on the day I wanted to keep my luggage somewhere while the apartment gets ready (4PM) and the check out from the first apartment was 11 am! sothe management refuse every request, whether it’s late check out or early check in which is well within their right but atleast let me keep my luggage in the new apartment I am paying forif the housekeeping lady hadn’t been nice enough to let us keep our luggage in the new apartment we would have had to spend the whole day walking around San Diego with huge luggage

  : There is so much I loved about this property. I loved the other tenants in the building, I loved the security that one needed the access code on the elevator to get on my floor, I loved the parking lot on the property and the location between SDSU (daughter will attend this school in the fall) and the beaches (our son lives in Pacific Beach) so it was a brilliant central location very close to convenient stores, restaurants, etc.
  : This is not the property but a global problem where a small homeless population was on the streets in downtown San Diego which was the reason I appreciated the security to access any portion of the building.
