  : The location and apartment is super cool! We loved the multiple window viewpoints from the front and back of the unit. The multiple porches was a plus too. The balcony is awesome and felt very accommodating for the price.
  : The floors were dirty and our feet were black the moment we walked in and around the unit. We were not in the mood to have maids come by while we were there, but expected it to be clean considering you have to pay a mandatory cleaning fee. Also, the living room rug was very dirty with stains and the living room couch had a funky smell to it. We placed a blanket over it during our stay. The TV in the master bedroom did not work as well. I don't think anyone from mgmt comes by to inspect the place to ensure it is in clean & working order.
